All framed prints and canvases are shipped directly from my fine art printer and framer and will include a Certificate of Authencity.
Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for your artwork to be printed, framed and shipped. All artwork will be shipped through New Zealand Post. Each order will have a tracking number, please email rebecca@rebeccakempton.com if you wish to access this number.
Please understand that once your artwork is posted, I cannot control when your item arrives. Please contact New Zealand post with your tracking number to chase up your order.
Prices for my products are subject to change without notice.
I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the online store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
I am unable to process returns, refunds, or exchanges for artwork purchased. An exception to this is if the artwork has been damaged in transit. Please email rebecca@rebeccakempton.com if this happens. I appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review your selections carefully before completing your purchase.
